LEADERSHIP & MINISTRY TEAM

Pastor Garlton and Kay George –
A Fivefold Ministry Calling
Pastor Garlton George, Senior Pastor
Pastor Garlton and his wife, Kay, have been called to a unique fivefold ministry, serving faithfully under the mandate of God to equip, empower, and prepare the Body of Christ for the return of Jesus.
From an early age, Pastor Garlton’s calling was unmistakable. At just seven years old, he began preaching the gospel using a stick as his “microphone” emulating the passion and fire he saw in his pastor. His ministry journey began humbly, serving in his home church with janitorial duties before growing into roles of greater responsibility, including leading Bible studies, overseeing finances, evangelism, preaching, and eventually serving as assistant pastor.
His mother’s steadfast example of holiness and righteousness left a lasting imprint on his faith. The Lord also used his secular work at a local hospital to shape his heart for people teaching him compassion, leadership, and care that would later define his pastoral ministry.
Today, Pastor Garlton operates powerfully in the fivefold ministry gifts apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and teacher. His passion is for souls to come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and his divine mandate in these last days is clear: to prepare the Bride of Christ for the soon return of the Lord.
Kay George – Partner in Purpose
Kay George, the devoted wife of Pastor Garlton, has been divinely called to stand faithfully beside him as his helpmeet in fulfilling the mandate upon his life and advancing the vision and mission of Praise International.
Missions are at the very heart of Kay’s calling. As a registered nurse, God has used her compassion and skill to serve both at home and abroad. In 1999, she first answered the call to global missions, serving for a year with Mercy Ships, bringing both physical healing and the love of Christ to those in need.
Her passion for outreach continued to grow, and in 2008, God led her to Africa, where her work helped expand Praise International into Bondo, Kenya, establishing a thriving extension of the local church.
Through many mission trips across the world, Kay has witnessed firsthand the transforming power of God’s Word. These experiences have deepened her conviction that the uncompromised and unadulterated Word of God as preached at Praise International is the foundation for lasting change in every nation.

Raised by his mother and stepfather, Andre attended church as a boy but never truly knew what it meant to walk with God. As a young man working at Lowe’s Hardware, a coworker introduced him to their parents a couple who would play a pivotal role in leading him to Christ. From that moment, Andre began a powerful journey of transformation as God healed deep childhood wounds and freed him from guilt and shame.
Andre’s purpose is to serve Jesus Christ wholeheartedly and to help fulfill the mandate placed on Pastor Garlton’s life by serving the body of Christ and preparing the Bride for the rapture of the Church. His passion is the Word of God and witnessing the manifestation of God’s glory within His people.
God has anointed Andre with a ministry that turns “the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers” (Malachi 4:6). His desire is to teach and train men to be spiritual leaders, protectors, and providers in their homes. He instructs men to first walk as sons of their Heavenly Father, then as loving husbands and godly fathers.
Andre leads the Mighty Men of Valor men’s ministry at Praise International, where he equips men to live with integrity, strength, and devotion to God and their families.

Pastors of Praise International, Bondo, Kenya
Pastor Lawrence and his wife, Pamellah, serve as the pastors and overseers of Praise International in Bondo, Kenya.
Pastor Lawrence’s journey is a powerful testimony of God’s grace and deliverance. He gave his life to the Lord in 1995 while homeless and living on the streets of Siaya, Kenya. Born into a strict traditional family bound by deep-rooted cultural rituals and ceremonies, including the worship of the dead, he was surrounded by darkness from an early age. His paternal grandfather was a practicing ritualist and magician, and upon his death, Lawrence was chosen to inherit his spirit and continue those same practices.
At only fourteen years old, Lawrence was locked inside a hut to await a midnight “initiation” ceremony at his grandfather’s grave. Desperate to escape, he found a hoe in the corner of the hut and used it to dig his way out, running for his life. He sought refuge at his maternal grandmother’s home but soon realized he could not stay due to his grandfather’s spiritual influence. Left with no other option, he began living on the streets of Siaya.
Life on the streets was harsh and hopeless. Twice, Lawrence attempted to take his own life. The third time, as he walked the streets preparing to end it all, he heard music and preaching from a nearby crusade. He stopped to listen, and the message of Jesus Christ pierced his heart. That night in 1995, he surrendered his life to Christ and was born again.
Though still homeless, Lawrence began to study the Word of God with deep hunger, finding purpose and hope. Eventually, the Spirit of God led him to return to his village to share the gospel with his family. Filled with boldness, he proclaimed Christ to them, but they rejected his message and disowned him.
In 1999, Lawrence moved to the city to live with an uncle, where God led him to a Pentecostal Assemblies of God church. There, his faith and ministry calling grew stronger. He served faithfully as a worship leader, interpreter, and assistant to his pastor, demonstrating a deep love for God and people.
Today, Pastor Lawrence and his wife, Pamellah, shepherd the congregation of Praise International in Bondo, Kenya. Pamellah is a blessing to both her husband and the church. She serves alongside him in ministry, ministering to the women of the village and carrying a deep compassion for orphans. Together, they embody the love and power of Christ in their community.
They have one daughter, Angella, who is sixteen years old and loves Jesus with all her heart. Angella joyfully shares His love with everyone she meets, continuing the legacy of faith in her family.
